Captain Meeting

Captains Present:  Garth Cumming (Khartum Brandon Car Patrol), Michael Dow (El Zagal, Directors Staff), Tim Amble (El Zagal, EMP), Jerry Hauff (El Riad, Motor Corps), Doug Seel (Khartum, Ruff Riders), William Porter (Khartum Skooters), Rick Dohrn (Osman Rochester Cycle Corp).

Past Presidents Present:  George Parmeter (Yelduz), and Mike Peil (El Riad)

 

Pres Paul called meeting to order.

Secretary Garten read minutes of Captains meeting Winter session.  Motion by G.Parmeter and seconded by J. Hauff to approve.  Motion passed.

Secretary/Treasure Garten gave financial report.  Motion by G. Parmeter and seconded by Bill Gilhirst to approve.  Motion passed.

PPresident George Parmeter gave prayer.

 

Pres Paul informed Captains about Board of Directors decision to keep all competing Units in their own classes and start time of 9:30am.  No discussion.  He also informed of Awards breakfast time and location.  07:30 at Khartum Shrine Center.

Drill Field positions were drawn and inspections will be held in that order.

Director of Judges, Jack Mueller explained judging by inspection relating to times.

Pres Paul gave directions to competition field.

Sec Garten informed Captains of MSMCA pins and prices.

Motion to Adjourn by Capt Mike Dow and seconded by Rider Dale Jensen.  Motion Passed.

 

Executive Board Meeting

MSMCA Summer Sesssion

Sec/Treas:  Steve Garten

 

Pres Paul called meeting to order.

Pres informed officers about competition classes and that there would not be a combination of classes.  Each Unit would stay in their own weight class, regardless of how many were competing in that class.  Motion was made by 1st Vice Curt Tanabe to follow this procedure for this MSA competition and seconded by 2nd Vice Tony Kile.  Motion passed.

Inspection starting time would be 9:30 am with competition immediately following.

Secretary Garten informed officers of abundance supply of the MSMCA pins and suggested that a sale price of $5.00 per pin be set.  This was approved by the executive board.

Captains meeting to be held at 1pm.
